Michigan DECA's Career Development Conference is held each March for high school students interested in careers in marketing, management, finance, hospitality and entrepreneurship. All delegates qualified for the conference by participating at one of Michigan DECA's eight district conferences, or by completing a written project. The top students in each event will advance on to DECA's International Career Development Conference.
